Each package varies, but all include white teepees with comfortable mattresses, bed lanterns and decorative touches like cushions, blankets, bunting, fairy lights, flower and leaf vines. Some packages also feature balloons, personalsied items, and breakfast trays. Check our package descriptions for full details. 

We reccomend allowing a space of that at least 3ft by 3ft per teepee to ensure comfortable setup and enough room for guests to move around. If your unsure, we can help address your space needs when you book. 

Yes! we offer themed packages that include custom pillows and decorations to match your chosen theme. Wherever it's a magical fairytale or a tropical escape, we will work with you to create a perfect setup. 

Setup typically takes 1-2 hours depending on the amount of teepees and the complexity of the theme. We reccommend scheduling the setups at least 2 hours before the event starts to ensure everything is ready for your guests.

Yes! Most of our packages include a variety of sleepover games to keep the fun going all night. If you have specific requirements for activites, let us know and we will tailor the games to your theme or preferences. 

we reccomend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure a avaliability especially during busy seasons like holidays and school breaks. However, we will do our best to accomodate last-minute requests if possible. 

Yes! We handle both and delivery setups of the teepees. After your event, we will return to take everything down. Our team ensures a seamless experience from the start to finish. 

All teepees, matteresses, and bedding are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after each use to ensure the highest level hygiene and safety for all the guests. 

Teepees are typically setup overnight stays and will be collected the following day. If you would like to keep the setup for multiple nights, let us know when you are booking, and we will disscus extended rental options. 

Yes! Our teepees are versatile and can be setup for both children and adults sleepovers. We can have different themes and decorations to suit any age group, making it fun for everyone. 

We can accomodate both small and large parties. Depending in the space avaliable, we offer setups for up to 5 Teepees. Let us know guest count, and we will make arrangements to suit your needs. 

Absoutely! We love helping you to customise your own experience. Whether adding extra decorations, peronalised items, or specific items, we will work with you to make it special.

Yes! We require a deposit of £5 per teepee to secure your booking. The amount will then be deducted from total costs of your package, We'll provide you with payment details during the booking process. 

We understand that the plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule please contact us as soon as possible, we offer flexible reschedule options, and cancellations are subject to our policy, which we'll provide at the time of booking.

Delivery is free for setups from Blaencwm to Treorchy. For any other locations outside of Treorchy, we charge £1.30 per mile. 

No, we don't supply pillows due to hygiene reasons. We kindly ask you that you bring your own pillows for the sleepover.
